If your shop is in Texas, we need a completed Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate on file before we can sell to you tax free. It is a one-page form, you fill it in once, and it covers every order you place with us from then on.
Download Form 01-339 from the Texas Comptroller. Complete the top half - the Resale Certificate section, not the Exemption Certification below it.
Enter your Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit number, list your seller as Brassery, and describe the items as nameplates for resale. Sign, date, and upload it with the form below or email it to us.
Outside Texas? Nothing is required. Skip this step entirely.

Once we have confirmed your shop, you get a short email with a single-use welcome code for your three free plates.
Everything happens right here on the site - nothing to install. Open the nameplate designer and design your shop's nameplate for the top of the board, then two more for a real customer job. Take all three through to checkout as you would any order.
Do not hold back on those two - use a live job. That is the point.
Type your welcome code into the discount box and press Apply. The cost of the plates comes off the total, leaving the $6 shipping to pay. Check out exactly as you would on any order.
You do not order the board itself. We see the welcome code, engrave your shop plate, mount it at the top of the board, and send the whole thing out with your other two plates in the same package.
